pyrophilia@gmail.com BioMost of my entries are partially fictitious accounts of my own life. The only words of true wisdom I ever received from a blood-relative were, “never let the truth get in the way of a good story,” but I even found myself disagreeing with that one; I think it should have been, “never let a good story get in the way of the truth!” I think that great truths can be told in pure fiction--but then sometimes I wonder if pure fiction really even exists--& I do realize that any written truth is a lie, but that is partly due to the nature of language & more greatly due to the stupidity of the only beings on this planet known to read and write. Truth is always cloaked under some sort of veil when it is spoken, written, heard or seen by humans; it is the nature of Kali Yuga for the vast majority of humanity to be incapable of lifting the veil; they are “truth blind” as the maker of The Magic Glasses might say.
I am a full-time college student: double majoring in Mathematics and English; as I progress in my studies I’ll likely focus on the history of the development of English & I am not certain where my studies in Mathematics will take me; I am only in Calculus so I have a long way to go before I decide upon which branch I’ll hang my more permanent ropes. I do post some of my academic work here, but not all of it.
